Ur delivery guy Raj Kumar Shukla ask us to collect our urgent letter from either a chowk Kirby place or at Ur centre saying that our address is wrong
I am a defence employee and had been living at Kirby place for nearly two years never faced this issue of non delivering of any item first time tried with DTDC and it showed it's true colour

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely useless. A very rude and unprofessional approach. The guy is like arrogant and might get thrashed someday for his behaviour. However somehow after an altercation did manage to deliver the courier in time. I doubt if he is genuinely an agent of DTDC.
