★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad and pathetic service. They changed docket number and sent my docket 100km away from my actual address. I personally searched my docket by calling customer care but DTDC not even take efforts to search or locate my docket.

No phone number, nothing professional.my letter has come without visit my place or call me they put it in return bin. When asked why didn't call up answer load was their. This excuse we expect from DTDC can't acceptable. If we need to visit DTDC after several time send email customer care. didn't give documents to actual customer but put successfully delivered.How we can trust such company not provide security of our valuable documents without communication and visit place.pathetic, poor, unprofessional DTDC courier service Hajimalang road branch I don't know other branches how DTDC maintain brand and professional services.
