★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I regret using this courier and DTDC service for delivering my luggage from Udaipur to Pune. The attached photos tell the story. The suitcase worth INR 10000 was badly broken and the items inside worth many lakhs were stolen or missing. Have been in constant contact with this courier shop owner and the DTDC customer care but there is no response, resolution, compensation or refund from either of them. The complaint I raised has been closed mentioning the item has been delivered whereas my complaint was never about luggage not delivered. If you deliver a broken suitcase with no items, would you call it as delivered? The courier shop owner flatly refused to refund the courier amount of INR 3000. I have incurred a heavy loss due to this and would suggest all to use another reliable courier service or just take your luggage yourself.

They also packaged it well and Mr Yaseen coordinated and confirmed till delivery was received at destination.

SCC Courier Service is the official channel partner of DTDC Courier. Their services are genuine. Mr. Yaseen Khan personally looks after and tracks every parcel which is booked at the centre. The customer service is really nice. I sent a laptop and official icard. They reached securely and timely. The packaging was beyond standards. He did multi later packaging to completely secure the laptop. Further, the courier got stuck just before the last mile delivery because of some local issue at the destination city. Mr. Yaseen Khan personally coordinated to get the parcel delivered. He kept on following up with the destination courier team and made sure that package reached the location timely and securely. The best part is that he maintains proper communication with the customer and doesn't make false promises. They provide free pick-up across Udaipur for majority of the goods. Just call them and check, if at all they charge anything, it is very minimal.
