★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. They are not delivering parcel to the mentioned address. They are asking more money to deliver. My couer reached their office one week before but still they are not delivering. If you can't provide service close your counter. I have to give less than one star

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. I recently sent one courier to Pune which is undelivered since 10 days. The receipt these guys gave was fake, while tracking I got to know that the consignment number is past dated. It was showing that the courier is deliver in the last month (April).
Having wrong consignment details I can't track my package and then I am helpless and dependent on these guys. The person I discussed named Mr. Chandan was rude and was not at all accepting the fault.
I am helpless, even DTDC support centre is not helping. According to them the package is delivered, and the recipient is saying he never received any package. I am going to share my feedback about DTDC on social media.
Rather than, they should find the delivery guy and punish him, they are asking customers to find the culprit.

The attendant here knows nothing about the courier service. And phones her daughter for even small queries. Overcharges for every courier service than the dedicated charges posted on the dtdc official site. The proprietor lady is very arrogant. And starts bargaining (offering a lower price) as soon as you tell her that the neighbouring courier agency charges less than here for same package. The place is very unhygienic and all work done here is offline. There is a computer there but it is there as a decorative piece.
Strongly not recommended.
