β β β β β Worst service. Arrogant on call, parcel delayed by 3 days still instead of apologising person says can't u understand it is raining. No online info updated.
Paid in full for express delivery and still waiting.

β β β β β Service provided is very good. But they charge a huge amount for their services. I personally was charged with 200 rs for a document courier delivery.

β β β β β It is a fast courier service. I have used their service a couple of times and found it to be good. The office is located in Sakal Nagar, Baner Road. It is closed on Sundays.

β β β β β Poor service... 8 days up and still a small parcel has not reached Vashi, Navi Mumbai from Pune! Apparently they cannot find the address in planned city like Vashi....I guess local courier companies are better who charge lesser.

No customer care service through phone call.Email service takes to much time to reply customer.last 3days parxpa is in trivandrum.but dtdc person refused to give home . better go with other courier service s . No one even showed courtsey to call back after writing so many mails.

β β β β β My father had sent me prashad.. From nagpur they took 150 rs for the courier ...after waiting for the delivery for quite a few days I called them requested them that I need the parcel as soon as possible as it contains edible material... But to no avail.. They dint even care. Finally after more than a week
the delivery boy came and gave me those totally stale ladoos ,they were so lovingly made by my grandmother...now I'll have to dispose them,I hated the service, will never prefer dtdc now.

β β β β β I have sent a parcel of 7 kg to Canada on 21oct with a promise that it will reach before Diwali. (25oct). As yet the same has not reached/deliverd Very poor responseof DTDC agent from Sakal Nagar. Pune. Diwali is over and the whole Aim has been lost. Some one should take the responsibility after we trust the so called reputed courier service.
