★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible. I have never been more frustrated. Have called so many people. They have my package for the last 5 days and I still haven't received it. IT shows out for delivery and then at the end of the day they say package not delivered, despite me calling them all day texting them the number and address. Poor pathetic service. I will never ever recommend anyone to use it. The staff hangs up on you. I have no words to explain how awful the service is. They don't call or contact you. Worst experience of courier services till date.

I tracked my package that says 'out for delivery' from last 7 days. Tried several calls and several numbers to contact DTDC. No response. Then I wrote a complaint in there site got a reference number. When I tracked this reference number that did not exist. So funny. Then I walked in to one of the DTDC collection center and found that the package is stuck in Sector 7, Noida for past 7 days. I got few more numbers for contact which is switched off. It has to be reached before my kids birthday but I don't understand what 'Delivering value' slogan of DTDC means.
5 days later.....
Later it is found that the packet is returned. I found that the sector number was not written original address. This could be the reason why mobile numbers are added along with address. I'm embarrassed for the bad review. I now take this as opportunity to correct me. DTDC has made tracking possible. There distribution center has deeper level of tracking. But I would not rate it more than 2. Because at least 10 times I called and 3 times I submitted complaint online. It immediately responds and creates complaint ref number which no one looks .No one has contacted me. And its very difficult to get their call connected. Also tracking status must be updated with reason for delay like incomplete address.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is not an office. It is place where everything seems to be messed up, DTDC staff is working all over, people are throwing parcels around but still it's good that staff is very helpful. They will quickly find out the parcel you wish and they support you by heart. The location mentioned on maps is correct but it's not easy to find this place as there is no board showing the way to go. Also, the contact number mentioned on Google are wrong or people don't pick up or never in office so better if you are going to collect your parcel, get the contact number of the right person from the sender location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't want to give even 1 star for this branch. They don't pick calls and then just undeliver your order by saying wrong address. This is very pathetic. I wanted my package today as it was saying "out for delivery" and without even calling me they just made undeliver.
