β β β β β the service of this franchisee is very bad. they do not revert back for the servoces they are providing. i have booked a courier for jaisalmer which reaches the destination 9 days from the promise date. amd this franchisee doent take any actions to resolve my issue he just keep saying that ho jayega ho jayega

they never deliver the parcel on time even they are not picking up the call nor they replied.I never suggest people to use DTDC.
if there is option zero for rating then I will prefer to give that. hopeless courier service.
