I was a regular customer and my last experience was horrible. He had accepted the order and agreed to deliver by 11 pm but the cake was delivered at 12:20 am , he didn't bother to call me back once or even inform, so I deducted Rs150 from during total payment of the cake. And on top of this he shows me attitude and blocked me. I have always recommended this shop to everyone but , HEAVILY DISSAPOINTING that they have audacity to throw so much attitude even after it was their mistake.
I have provided a screenshot in which he clearly is not accepting my new order and blocked me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst cake shop to order a cheesecake from. Happily accepted my cheesecake order but received a sponge cake instead. They don't even accept their mistake instead blame it on the customers. Under the name of feedback blames it all on the customer. Wouldn't recommend.
