★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They sell fake controllers and won't give you the bill for it. Buy products from reputed stores like Croma and Reliance digital. They are a bunch of liers and have duped me of Rs 5k. Won't advice buying anything from here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad. They sell fake goods. I bought a PS4 controller for 5k but the first time the square key and the right analogue stick failed to work. The second time after I exchanged it for another controller, the mic wouldn't work and the left analogue stick had a problem. Wouldn't advise you to purchase anything from here. I also spent 2k to repair my two old controllers yet the problem persisted and both my controllers were in the same state. Sadly, the lockdown was imposed and malls are shut so I really can't do anything about it now. Really poor. Rather buy things online from amazon or from a shop like Croma or Reliance Digital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a pro gamer and a traveler yesterday I came across this store i have gaming pc vr and a console but if you just want to buy a game u can buy it from amazon it is way more cheap there pls dont buy from here it Is very costly a they sell things for ridiculous price just for comparison i asked for uncharted the lost legacy fr ps over the price was 2500 rupees and if you check at amazon it is just for 900 -1000 rupees. Just go buy from amazon

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I decided to get a ps4 1tb, so 1 piece was available on this store. When I visited the person on the shop told me that this is a foreign variant and you wont get any warranty on it. Later on he gave me an option of store warranty for 3k i.e. 35k for ps4 1tb and 3 k for warranty total 38k. Shocking part was when he opened the box, I found the box seal was already opened and also the joystick and console was wrapped in a bubble wrap with lots of scratches on the controller and console, dust under the usb slots....yes my friends he was trying to sell a used or refurbished product on a rate of new, then I clearly denied for the product, he made a call somewhere and told that by 4 you will get a new one(indian version)with warranty but it will be 40k and pro for 45k, online we have 35k and 38k for pro also in chroma store i confirmed that it was for 36k(pro). Please dont even think of visiting such store... Where peoples are with a clear intension of cheating on us.
