They charge hefty amount for lens replacement & return back the broken lens.Owner & helper are rude & challenge customers to get the things done from other stores,then they will accept their mistake. Incompetent Staff, the person told 99% it's replaceable that's why the store accepted the order as it was Do-able. Refund was made for the Frame which was not used & not for the damaged lens. Pathetic & Poor Service.
