Women indian , women western , kids , jewellery , organic foods , gift wear , personal care , bags , footwear , garment accessories this all category available in one store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is good the collection is better... The only thing i think missing was the attitude of the staff. It looked like the staff was not interested in selling the products or it was more like 'judging the book by its cover'... I didn't feel like welcomed in the shop... It is more like u go and select whatever u want and if u have any doubt/query ask for help and probably the mask was on, I couldn't see the smile but still u can make out from the eyes, there was no smile.
To sum up, its a nice shop with good collection, you will definitely find something that catches ur eyes.

Staff at Alpha One Mall Ahmedavad were amazing in trying to search some pajama pants that I had bought earlier, unfortunately they did not have my size , they sent me to the CG road branch as the branch could not confirm on phone if they had stock of the same, which they didnt , this means that Fabindia doesnt have an online stock system nor similar designs , so what you buy once may not be available again , also this shop caters for till 2XL anything above is not available , as being a fan of fabindia i now sadly have to find another store that caters for plus size clients and have to say goodbye to this brand. If anyone has suggestion of any other brand that sells indian cotton clothing for plus size men over 2XL i would be pleased to receive their number.
Also to note that the store on CG Road has a mask only policy but some of its own staff do not wear masks or wear them on their chin including security.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my complaint against Fabindia and not this store as such.I bought a kurti from this store in the month of March and in less than 10 days, it tore from the sleeve, when I was on a trip.I submitted the damaged kurti at a Delhi store and didn't hear from them for 20 days.I sent them to emails too.Later they sent a mail regreting the delay in their response and saying that they found it to be a handling problem.
I was disappointed and told them to return the kurti and it's been 6 days and I have got no response.
On my first complaint, they responded immediately and wanted me to rate their services and now when I want to rate them, no such card pops up.
This led me to share my bitter experience here to get a response.I want to request them to be proactive till the end and not to be proud of their big brand.
