There's a huge park around it and lots of places to sit and chill if you want to.
You could walk around the whole park.
It's tight above outside Rajiv Chowk metro station on the yellow line.
There's no entry fee to the park but it closes pretty early so that's an issue and they won't let you chill for a long time
