★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The clothes were pretty but the staff horrible.
They were rude and disrespectful. They only tend to cater to those customers who they THINK will actually buy something, basically judging their customers like judging a book by it's cover. This I found to be wrong and disrespectful towards the customers. Neither did they help us out with anything and nor did they speak to us properly even though we could damn well afford to buy clothes there. Wouldn't recommend the place to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I particularly have not visited the above store. But purchased from forever new online. The price is high, but does not deliver quality products. Customer service is bad, and they don't have refund in cash in online or store. The refund goes as credits on site, which can be used to buy other products, which also won't have quality. Out of three products purchased two were damaged too.

Love their outfits for a fancy day out with the girls! I’ve always used a pretty dress from here for my noteworthy days because I knew I’d create a mark.
Also, the staff is really helpful and they guide you through to choosing a good outfit that suits you! They also ensure that nobody has lipstick on while trying, to avoid marks for someone who genuinely wants to buy.
