★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience 1st and last time i am buying from here, these people don't bother about your product, they just make you fool like they will make according to your requirements but at then end you will just fed up with the product you get. No one should waste their money at this store. Very very very expensive and product is 0 rating i will give . If anyone don't want to waste their time and money please don't go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The dress I got was completely different from the one I ordered. I placed an order for a bright brick coloured floral dress and ended up with a dull dark maroon colour and I get a response saying there will be "little variations". I'm posting pics and the reader can decide for themselves if a completely different colour is acceptable.
I bought it specifically for an event and when I stressed on getting the dress I ordered, I was told it will take a long time to replace again. This was after 3 weeks of waiting for my dress to arrive. Since it was pointless for me to wait for a dress that I couldn't wear for anything, I asked for a refund, which fell on deaf ears, and they asked me to choose some other pattern (which I did not want). All I got was "we don't do it on purpose so please oblige". So somehow I'm supposed to pay the price for their mistakes. When I stressed on returning it, there was response at all.
In the end, I was running out of time and I had NO CHOICE but to pay for and keep a dress that I did not intend to order and did not really like. On top of this, the bead work was coming off and I had to send it back and get it re-done.
The whole time, there was no sign of remorse from their side for all these issues.
Not the kind of quality one would expect from a designer store.
It was a waste of time, energy and money. I bought 5 outfits for my events and this was the worst experience I had.
