★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helpful staff, good collection of guitars. They provide free service for guitar till the warranty period and then too servicing is also 50% lesser.
Though wish they keep popular brands like fender , unlike too many of chinese manufactured guitars. But overall a good music store especially considering the options that are there in Pune.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place. Loved how they let you handle all the musical instruments on display. My kids loved trying out different instruments. It is a little congested though and moving around the place if there are more than 3-4 guests becomes slightly difficult.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unlike the camp branch of this store, it's not as big as it is, but big enough for a standard music shop.
Have good collection of instruments and equipments but not as much like it's camp branch. They provide great deals on it as well. Staff here is very helpful.
The main problem is that this branch do not have technician for guitar and it's repair parts. We have to go to camp for that, which is a bummer since it's way too far from where I live and this branch is closer.
And I've mentioned in review of camp branch and I'll mention it here as well, that they seriously lack good collection of amplifier for guitar. They only have Vox and Laney. I'll suggest if they start selling Boss Katana or blackstar or even Marshall that would be great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent place , You will find all kinds of musical instruments (western) here. Good news is they let you play them unlike many stores who do not let customers even touch the instrument.....I am a musician and I bought drum sticks and enjoyed playing Grand Piano in the shop....... :) Thanks Furtados.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is top notch for any ecstatic musician looking to upgrade his/her music instruments, buy new ones or just come to jam. The staff know their stuff well and are really helpful. But if you are a drummer, please DO NOT jam at this place, as the sound disturbs the others. I speak of this from personal experience. Had I started to play one song did the other jammers continuously make me pause my playing. These are my views.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Okay so here goes my review for the experience I had interacting with Furtados management.
Honestly you guys should teach your manager to not provide his advices when he himself knows nothing about music. I went to ask for the drums classes and there we go he started saying who buys the drum set before Even their first class. I mean seriously , but I believe since I didn't buy it from Furtados that was the issue.
I asked him to provide me the name and Instagram id of the drums class teacher , shocking but being a manager he was not knowing who is the drums teacher. I had to follow up several times to just get the name and insta I'd. But to my suprise the price of the classes were sent to me without delay.
I told the management that my building has got several COVID cases reported and I would like to have the demo class online to which there was no response and This guy responds to me during the demo timing asking am I coming to the class. I mean seriously are you even understanding what I wanted to say. With the world adjusting with the online stuff during third wave Furtados wants it's members to risk evrything for music.
Anyways I am happy that I did not choose Furtados to learn drums. Though I am out of town but atleast my money is not wasted .
Thank you for the amazing welcome , I will never recommend Furtados.
