★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gigabyte Manufacture sub-standard products which will not survive voltage fluctuations in India. I am a disappointed owner of GTX1080ti turned to a brick in 3months.
Gigabyte denied repair of GPU, as CID but no one can explain what was customers fault on voltage fluctuation. Attached some images of burnt PCB picture shared by service center and communication with them.
On writing to Shankar (Head of Service), it took a month for him to reply my mail. Such a poor customer service!
Finally I have requested to share contact e-mail of their head of customer service department, surprisingly nothing such exists in Gigabyte.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had issues with my laptop charger. It took just 30 mins to deliver the product post discussion with the team. Simply amazing job and excellent service provided. Will shop for more if there is any requirement Gigabite is the place to go!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is located at road side and is easily accessible. I went here for my gpu as it was not giving any display. They took the gpu and promised to deliver it within 10 working days and they did. The person working here is very polite but he does not respond calls easily. If you are travelling to this place from a distance then better call him and then start commuting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never purchase any Gigabyte products as you will definitely face pathetic service issues , cumbersome RMA process. Defective products are sent after RMA, no response to phone calls in this service center. Even months to replace products which are within Warranty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Useless staff members. Saturday is a working day but the staff had closed the office. I had to drive very long distance just to see service centre was closed on working day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you have SMPS issue , please go with all the cables , for motherboard issue you can come with RAM and processor for first level debugging . Better you call in that number given in here . And every third Saturday is off .
