After sales service is the worst thing
Never pay full amount until installation is completed..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worthless Chimneys. No proper sales team and customer service. When I purchased they took price of chimney and carbon filter(separate amount).They said the carbon filter comes separately and will be installed at time of delivery and installation. And while installing they told me the carbon filter comes inbuilt. My advise is not to buy from this Store.
If you purchase, I am sure you will regret after buying from this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owner is Shiv Prasad, he is a fraud. Trying to call him since 1.5 months. From day one both chimney and stove are not working. Gilma customer care claims it’s not their product. They are selling cheap products in the name of Gilma. #Gilma take this in to notice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraudster Ceater unprofessional..don't think about taking any product or service from him or his store. He showed and took booking for Gilma chimney and after numerous calls and he doesn't answer. When chimney was delivered it was unbranded..no logo manual or warranty card let go being Gilma product it was locally assembled bad quality product and upon informing he dint accept his doing and refused replacement.
He doesn't deserve any star in review but no option to write review without rating hence the rating
