Still no update as to whether it will still going to open or not. Other gold’s gym centres also don’t give any information. There is no customer care number that you can try.

I have been a member of golds Gk from last 2 years. In the period November 2022, I purchased annual membership then gym closed due to covid. I was promised 3 months extension at zero cost to compensate for the money i have paid.
Today when I visited the gym, Mr. AMAN GAUR the so called GENERAL MANAGER insulted me and friend, very arrogantly this guy shouted on me. I have posted proof of extension mail also
Pls don’t fall for this gym
Mr. Aman is big fraud. This Gym is a big fraud in Gk1.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ How are you saying that you have been “providing interim access to your members when they are dropping by the gym”?? I have been dropping by the gym intermittently for last two months at various times to see if it open or if anyone is there to give any information. Not once have I seen even the outer gate unlocked!! If you don’t have intention of leaving your members duped then why can’t you call each of them and give them the proper information? You should clearly mention the phone number here, who to call to get that “interim access”. You guys are taking this way too lightly. 3 months have already gone by from my yearly membership. Is this a joke?? None of your general call centres are able to help regarding status of your particular branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The management is is nothing short of unprofessional. The gym hasn’t opened since the third wave of covid and no information has been given to members regarding its status. The gym owner claims that interim access to Cult centres has been provided to members. However, we haven’t been notified of any such thing. The gym is closed so we cannot drop by to get information and no phone call has been answered over the past month.
