The worst service I have ever faced in my 8 years of maintaining Car. Go Mechanic is just an app to make fool. They send your car to local garages and just let the Garage owner do their arbitrary conduct. I booked my Car for 1) Disc Turning. 2) Side Mirror Replacement. 3) Miles Membership. 4) Front Shock Absorber Replacement. and 5) Comprehensive Service with Mobile on 18th March 2022. I was not contacted by my service buddy about my requirements and inspection before sending my Car to a local Garage. I got call from Amrita Auto Owner and they sent a mechanic to take my car from home. My Car was sent to Amrita Auto near Saguna More Patna on 20th March 2022 . They advised all kind of repairs in my Car and I followed all their advise. Go Mechanic boasts about Fair Billing but in my case it was all Haze. Go Mechanic also adds that no amount to be paid in advance and all amount to be paid after Satisfactory work. In the evening of 20th March the Garage owner told me that My Car needs comprehensive welding and other works and for that they needed amount and I transferred it at the same moment as I needed my car desperately. In spite of my several reminders and again sending lumpsom amount on 23rd March asked by the Garage Owner my Car was not ready. On 27th March I was handed the car but it was really in Bad Condition with burning Smell and lots of noise from the body and a yellow light blinking on my metre console. I refused to pay the last amount before the problem was sorted out. The car was again taken back from my Home on 28th March to Garage. I asked them to provide my car the next day i.e., 29th March after sorting out the problem. But they adamantly delayed delivery to the last day of month on 31st March 2022 when I was not present. I asked them that I would transfer the rest money once I drive my Car and get satisfied. But they sent Goons to my House in disguise of Drivers and mechanic. They told that we have been ordered to not leave the Car till the last penny is being paid off. They started making Scenes at my house and threatened to tow back my Car if payment was not done. I quickly transferred the rest amount then they left. My whole image was tarnished in my society. THIS SERVICE Go Mechanic I WOULD NEVER FORGET.

I called their helpline for jumpstarting my car battery. The service was setup quickly within an hour. The mechanic came in the next 1 hour and completed the job. They also sent an invoice with pictures of the work done. Overall a good experience
