★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst builder with poor sales staff.Its their 2nd phase but still no amenities like swimming pool,gym, children's park, community hall. They made false promises to phase 1 also and did not provide amenities till date.its been 6 years.Also during this Covid times property prices have reduced but their sales executive Umesh Pawar is saying the price is going to increase.From where he has come?.No amenities,no proper roads,still price for 2bhk is 50 lacs It should not be more than 35 lacs at all. also their customer care executive don't have sense to talk to their customers.Ram India Group is a worst builder with fake promises and worst construction
