I would like to thank Mr. Aakash Sharma for his polite and professional attitude towards managing hospitality for our guest all need's.our stay here is Very pleasant, room's are big And clear. Most importantly the views from room is just picture perfect, food menu here is comparatively better then most of 5 start hotels.

I travelled with them to bali. The staff was not ready to solve our problems on the trip. They made an itineraray in which we had to travel to the same place thrice rather than covering one place in a day.
To the problems we faced, they only argued with us rather than solving our problems. They did not even bother to help us when we raised a concern in an umknown country. If u want to spoil your trip, please let them plan for u!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 8th March 2019.. Worst experience with them. Booked Singapore and Bali. Don't book with them. They will provide you the worst service and rude behaviour staff which will. Never solve your problem and if its their mistake still they will not refund you or do anything about it. The other good review maybe of their own people. Don't waste money on them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Based on their very positive GTS WORLD reviews, we booked a 2-day Angkor Wat tour with Derleng and used them to arrange our overland car transport from Siem Reap to Bangkok.
I found the service and response of this travel agency to be excellent. Easily 5-stars. My emails were promptly responded to, and everyone showed up when they were supposed to. The $110 charged for my sedan ride to Bangkok for my family seemed like very good value.
