★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is extremely important to bring this company in to light, as this company is totally fraud. They had office in varanasi as well which they have now shut down after taking advance payments for fake real estates from many customers. Now they are operating office in boring road patna. Many customers are calling and visiting for payment returns but they make excuses and never return money. There are pending cases for this company in police stations and in patna high court. Strict action will be taken against this company soon.
NEVER INVEST IN THIS COMPANY YOU WILL REGRET.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are selling crore rupees flats and your buyer are spending this huge money then the staff of your sites who are dealing with the customers should be polite and well mannered and also should be very decent in looking wise. They are spending money for the good society but if they are dealing with the people like of roadside persons chewing tobaccos, rolling their chairs while talking, they feel very diminished. So make your staff polite , well mannered, decent look.....and more important choose the staff who also relates to name's of your project.
