★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst, i had a physical verification for GST registration but they never done. But they do call only for money once you pay than only they can help you with physical verification. until than nothing will happen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever . Im really angry for bmtc service in banashankari bus stop . I went to make my smart card today and they made me stand in line for 3hrs waiting to get my smart card done . The verification of documents took only around 30mins but making of smart card took 3hrs . The staffs are working very slow as if they are in sleep and finally the line went shorter there were only 4members ahead of me . I was happy but they all left the office saying that its closing time . They really dont understand our pain. I waited 3hrs for this . Im really upset by this . As im a student i cant visit always to get my smart card done . Please understand our pain many people were scolding the staffs. Really bad service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the office and they informed me they were not the person assigned. The officers there were so helpful in finding out which office I need to go. I really think these are the people country needs if we need to progress. They took time off their work when the server was slow they were patient enough to find which office I had to visit. This was not even their job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service by the GST department, i have applied for GST amendment already 17 days over till under procees, very worst sevice they are providing. Need to change the system orelse GST Department will get bad name because of these bad people.
