★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was located in good place for people availability...but here we lost a lot of time..lots of time they will take for the certificates for verifying.. taxation is also didn't came in time...many people was not satisfy with their work

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its beautiful working environment and we had a good municipal commissioner, now a days we are very happy, on pandemic time with corona virus covid-19 they did lot of work, they caring people, staff observed all areas and takes lot of sanitized takes lot of responsibility, they took lot of precautions makes under control that virus, mainly low categorized workers makes sanitized whole town, all ward workers collect dustbins cleaned dust & crappies from road sides & hospitals. Thanks all municipal officers and staff. ThankQ Govt of AP. TQ CM Sir.

Guntur municipality was constituted in the year 1866 and the first elected body was formed in 1881. The municipality was upgraded to II-Grade in 1891, I-Grade in 1917, Special Grade in 1952 and then to Selection Grade in 1960. In 1994, the Municipal Corporation was formed.
