But now the new management is worst the staff is pathetic . Staff doesn’t know how to use medical equipment like ventilator a lady died cause of their negligence. Pls I request not to take service from Habib hospital better go to any municipal hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst hospital. Even the municipal hospitals have better service. My cousin was admiiied for. Covid19 and told to deposit Rs 60000 as advance. Later a some doctor came and asked "What are you admitted for" ? Couldn't he read the case pape Even the Covid19 test came after 3 days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The absolute worst experience of a hospital ever! The staff is rude and careless. Patients are not administered medications as per doctors instructions leading to complications. They overcharge for everything. In the Covid wards BMC guidelines are not followed. Have seen staff + visitors walking around casually without masks in the Covid wards. Discharge process takes more than 12 hours!!!
Staff lies when asked for specific information. The staff keeps losing patient's lab reports and other such documents. Avoid this scam of a hospital all costs!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hospital is gone from best to worst and only because of arrogant new management people the main focus of hospital is to loot money from patients family and think twice before taking any service from this hospital, the staff is under huge pressure of new management and not letting provide best service for which they are know for, I really hope the old management get there rights back so that the patient dedicated and health oriented staff of Habib hospital will work is full swing help the needy patients and there family. new management is a failure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst hospital. Management is very bad especially the senior management. How one can expect anything better with such a management which neither understand feelings of its staff nor thinks about their well being. Lots of employees have lost their job in such a critical pandemic situation because of no reason, just because of the management. I am giving single star only because there is no option of giving no star. On one hand patients are suffering while on other hand it's own staff is suffering.

Receptionist told we don't give appointment for 5:30 as doctor came after 6:30pm only...
We have recording of being given appointment of 5:30
Writing this at 7pm yet doctor is not arrived

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please dont ever visit this hospital. My mom passed away due to negligence, illtreatment and no proper equipments In the hospital. Nikhat panjwani and other admins are money minded and there is no concern for the patients. At the end, they ask to transfer to another hospital when they have worsen the situation. EVEN IF THERE ARE NO OPTIONS PLEASE DONT ADMIT YOUR LOVED ONES AT HABIB.
