★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place of someone wants to buy a good home. Big rooms and the best part for me was the solar geyser which provides awesome hot water with pressure to ur home every morning. This will help consumer lower electricity too

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best place to live in India, Nashik A green city, A good project by Karda construction, I had booked here two 2BHK flats in late 2019 And got promise to Get flat in early 2021,but now its 2022 started still the construction is very slow... Only three Flores of my wing are completed yet.. Very Disappointed

Pretty spacious for parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Calm and clean. Very Well maintained. Secure. Away from hustle and bustle of city.The down side is the community/social group leaders of the society are a little skeptical about tenants. They don't allow Gym for tenants and I found it absurd.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ if you are looking for decent residential place for living near to nasik road railway station. Then you can definitely think about this as an option. Surrounded by farms and beautiful farm houses. Roads are very well constructed and its 1km from nasik puna highway.
Locality: Turf(yes i am not kidding box cricket turf is just 200 mtr from society)
Grossery shops, Chinese counters are next and within society.
Cons: less parking space
Not good common amenities
Small garden for big towers
