★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was travelling to Nashik from Mumbai and wished to have a nice sea food lunch near thane. I usually preferred malwani sea food restaurants in thane but I was a little late and most of the restaurants close down at 3.30 pm only to open again in the evening.
Hence, after a little search, I found Harish lunch home which served mangalorean sea food and thought of giving it a try. Have to admit that it was a winning decision.
Tried the Bombay duck fry and Surmai and prawn thali. Every dish was packed with extravagant flavours from coastal karnataka. The curry leaves and peanuts packed curry was to die for.
Highly recommended for all sea food enthusiasts!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for very first time to have Lunch and I really liked the taste of Manchow soup. It was thick and yummy. Then, I ordered Schezwan Fried rice as soup was so appetizing than what I expected. However, Fired rice tasted really bad to me, it was not at all spicy, it tasted very tangy and plain. I was happy at first then fried rice they offered disappointed me. Price is reasonable and other dishes might taste good. So have to try next time !!

This restaurant has two seating areas :
1. Non A/C
2. A/C
I had dinner here with my friends and we were around 6-7 people. But the tables have the seating for 4-5 people only. So we were seating on two different tables. The place is small in size so the seating is limited too. I went there at around 8 pm and there wasn't much of a crowd. After 9pm more customers came and then it was abit crowded (Not much).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Harish Lunch Home is located right beside the ST Bus stand in Kopat, Thane. It serves authentic Malvani, Mangalorian & Goan Delicacies. They have Non AC as well as AC seating. The service could have been better. The waiter didn’t bother to serve water and was unbothered. The Veg Thali was tasty but the Fish Thali’s could have been better

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a hidden gem.The Nonveg food tastes fresh every time i visited this place. Tried Mutton Thali this time and as usual the taste was great! Fish foods are the main attraction. There is close to none parking available for both bike & car.
