★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Property is good for one or two day hangout. Owner is not friendly and is a trouble maker. We booked for 2days but he started troubling us to vacate by 12 pm afternoon.. Greedy for money guy.. Not much clean rooms. Washrooms was very dirty. Rooms filled with insects and ants.. Chlorine amount was more in pool should have reduced it. Overall ok ok experience..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever experience. Owner is 100% illiterate and uneducated, doesn't even have basic common sense on how to talk to customers. Treated very badly, we were given the worst rooms which was like dungeon. Then above that he told the farm was for ourselves for our weekend while booking but after payment & everything he was so rude and different, we were puzzled to see the split personality of the greedy owner and also had other guests at the farm house while we had already booked. He has very cheap mind also upon arrival he'll start asking more money and is very much unethical. Hacks your Privacy by entering the stay without permission and there are no latches to washroom doors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is good but the stay is worst u can’t even sleep in room all drainage pipes are there u can’t even sleep and the owner won’t communicate properly before u book the stay vist the place once and book waste of money ……
My suggestion: don’t book the stay and waste u r time and money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a worst place i have been to so far. The owner and the staffs behave so rude. The place itself is so dirty. The swimming is worst more over when you are leaving they close the gates and demand you for extra charges that are not mentioned while talking about the package. Worst kind of behaviour. I would never recommend anyone to visit this place. These owner and staffs should be dealt by the cops. If you want yourself to be scammed you can visit here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't rate less than this so why 1 star, although they had booking owner didn't inform us properly, and told we will be give backside room, which turned out to be a underground store room, and above we had toilet pipe and every flush could be heard and felt like puking, seriously we got offended, swimming pool had too much of chlorine, we were asked to clear the bill and allowed to enter which is why we were forced to stay, one of worst places that I've ever been, you won't be given drinking water everything need to be bought from outside by yourself, seriously those who are ready to pay such huge amount you'll get nice apartment and homestay in Bangalore. Please avoid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't rate less than this.very horrible experience,the owner doest know how to treat a customer ,and he was very rude ,not only to customer he was very rude to the workers also ...felt very sad about them.i will never suggest this place to anyone we got hurt in the pool while playing they are not maintaining the pool it is very dirty ,and he was demanding extra 1000 rs for speakers we deny that. So plz don't waste your money .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i am writing this immediately after i am checking out of the place! Had a horrifying experience. My advice is never ever choose this place. it is as good as inviting a nightmare!!! Owner would be sweet and would give regular follow up to convince to choose his place ask you for an advance for a convenient check out time. once after advance is paid, you would be at his mercy! immediately when you check in, even before you would enter the room, you will be forced to pay the balance!!!!! (usually in other places, balance would be paid during check out!) The real attitude of the owner you would be able to understand once after he gets his money!!!! first of all, the place is not great! beds and bedsheets would stink out of dampness! irrespective of whether he would have next guest or not, he would be rude in demanding an another 6000 even for an hours stay!!!!!! DON'T CHOOSE THIS PLACE. INSTEAD PLAN WELL BEFORE IN HAND TO CHOOSE OTHER PLACES THAN COMPROMISING WITH THIS ONE FOR A LAST RESORT AND END UP HAVING A HORRIFYING EXPERIENCE LIKE US!!!!!
