★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service ever. No one is picking up the call. No service is there after the Amphan cyclone. I can't do my work from home now because of this type of service. I think now is the time to lodge a complaint in Consumer Forum.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V bad experience and zero accountability. When I asked my friends they too said d same. After getting money they did not revert back to give connection..if we all become dishonest in our work then when is d respect to work..after humble request they did not revert back.they did not call back...there is no concept of customer care..even after warning they did not revert back. We will finally complain d same...worst..please dont ever take this connection.they spent d money n did not come for connection.every day fighting for our own money. These guys roaming here and there and dont receive phones too..easy way to fool people n make money after looting them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If i can write without star i will genuinely write 0 .Worst service at all nobody is listening and nobody care what you are facing. they told me to recharge then they will able to debug issue and its been 6 days i am getting no signal in my router.
the best part they closed my ticket everytime i place without any resultion or proper justification

I wonder it's been 6 days after Amphan cyclone, still they failed to restore the cable service in Picnic Garden area.
Can't believe.. they are the part of Reliance Group.
I'm ashamed off being a user of your Digital Cable TV.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just a stunningly poor service.
No connection for a month, even after payment.
Every single trivial step takes weeks. Literal weeks.
Most of the staff is courteous though.
One of them wasn't.
Just don't apply for a connection, or even if you do, don't pay a single dime till you're connected to the Internet.
I've tried it all.
Being polite, being rude alike.
They just don't budge.
I'm so exhausted, I'm too tired to complain also.
Money given to Hathway = Money down the drain.
Please look for alternatives already. :/
Edit (30/12/2017) : Been using Hathway for over a year now. Finally got my connection and am a customer since September 2016. I have to say, once I did actually get the connection, it's been working brilliantly. Minimal downtimes and consistent speeds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A horrible cable TV connection. On an average, it remains undisturbed for 15/20 days a month. Either extremely disturbed or no connection at all. Very much disappointing. Nobody should go for it. Moreover, most of the time the local office does not pick up the phone. It is covid time, otherwise, I would go for alternative connection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst technical support, no support at all. The guys responsible for the service are not picking up the call, no reply to the email. after amphan over 15 days of on off service. Their ISP license should be taken away. cheating customers by taking pre payment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cable connection available for Hathaway and broadband connection of Alliance Broadband. They are good providers , but sometimes take too long to respond. You can pay both the price online without hazards.
