★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a company looting money... I asked for a new connection and the took 3months advance within 1hr and did not install as promised and misbehaved like some busy ass on earth... Wen I asked for cancellation and refund de said my account is running fine even when it was not installed at my home... The most ignorant management.... And all this is happening in Delhi... Can't belive this... Now it's more than 5weeks since I have asked for a refund...and tired of calling daily and mailing so frequently... This is now going to be seriously taken.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is not eligible even for single star ratings. Service is very poor. I placed a complaint on 12.08.20 and the problem is not rectified till today i.e. 15.0820.
Best to avoid this and use other services available in the market.

They trap you in advance yearly subscriptions claiming of 150Mbps high speed internet connection and after few months you will get slow speed, you will feel cheated. Also their customer care number is not available and through mobile app they close complaints of slow speed without calling back you.
Very pathetic service.
