★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place with all in one roof. I bought Havells cables for my new house at home town on 14th June worth approx Rupees 30000. I took it to native & opened- the first coil found without Havells marking on it. When I called, they asked me to open all and check it. I denied to open & told I wanted to open the rest of the item in front of them. I brought them back from native yesterday & today I took it to the Vinayaka enterprise. When I showed the opened coil (wrap not fully opened) one guy in the stores was challenging saying "no chance that its our supply" because the coil inside the wrap was tied with green color rope. He was giving a weird look, I really felt bad that he treated me as if I'm telling the false information. I have no clue of what the color of the rope it should be & no spec in the data sheet saying the rope should be white. Then all other coils was opened infront of them, all the coils had Havells mark except this one & tied with white color rope except one more. We found one of the 4mm coil (unopened) was with green color rope but Havells marking was there one the cable. Finally they said some manufacturing defect sent by Havells and they have exchanged. I have no clue why they have exchanged the 4mm coil which had marking on it but tied with green rope inside. Something not right, When you spend hard earned Money, pl take care of all these at the time of buying, instead of getting treatment like thief later. The person who challenged dis appeared after seeing another coil with green tie inside.
