★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your first impression on me is bad,The manager of gurudwara road branch told me that your welcome kit came to you within 7 days but when i contacted the hdfc customer care num. They told me your account is opened last day, it will take 7 more days to came. Is this type of service you provide to customers and moreover you misguided them.

Trust everything is fine according to you but not from my end. I generally think that people working in hdfc bank has more day duration than anyone else in this world and gets proved by working 12 or 11 hour in office.
I personally think that training is must for top official person who handle trade office of hdfc.
Life is not only about working but also about understanding others as your logo says" we understand".
What will happen if all your customer starts feeling unsecure or cheated through your working behaviour of employees but it is only your employees who works hard for you and gets your share value in a healthy rank.
Request you to make a official time for employee so that they can come home and devote time in everything and also in your values HAPPILY.
