★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience so far services are concerned . Young staff work mood easy going with no responsibility requires proper training assistance & experience in customer care field. Only good manners will not work.
The BAR CODE not working for a long time. I visited five to six times for the same. Only talking good is of no.use....service proves....rating going down regularly. I too intend to reduce by (-)1 star.
Since I got my a/c transferred here not seen any improvement so far. Hope this is also referred by seniors for judgeing the performance of a particular branch.

Branch Executives keep requesting to customers to call the Customer Service Contact Number and they just support for selling the products like Dmat account, Credit Card, Insurance.. that's all. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at the branch.

you cant even email them as said on [email protected]
can anyone contact me at the earliest, without debit card we are not able to file ITR.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What kind of a service you guys give to a customer. I would definitely not recommend anyone to open the bank account here. Each and everytime there is a fraud transaction. Looks like keeping money in this bank is not safe at all. From last one year I have to run behind the bank and staff like they are just not trained to carry out any services or resolved any customer issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst and pathetic service, since a very long time. Without any intimate they just deduct the payment from the salary account. Will never ever recommend to anyone. No bloody humanity, I do work for a bank and the service we provide is to help not to just make business during this pandemic, the most annoying and irritating customer care, they don't even deserve a single star as well.
