★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First, the location given here is wrong, Google kindly update it, I didn't reached this place in first time then I chose JN Mishra hospital landmark instead and it's nearby to that hospital that's how I reached hdfc Ltd.
Secondly staff is unprofessional, you will be more useful for them before taking any loan /policy after that they don't listen to u properly.Impolite staff and management issues.

Promised loan transfer in 1 wk, took more than 2 months, that too after calling and texting almost every day.
Agent and the manager are themselves not clear on the procedure and tend to take full advantage of the customer.
Definitely not worth wasting ones time and energy at this branch

Shared couple of photos , this guys are so overburdened , they are playing tiktoks and scrolling down on jokes shared on group chats and laughing ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service by reception and clerical staff. They were busy in their own work and enjoying tea and coffee. No one is there to attend customer they are taking too much time no feeling for customer and no sitting arrangement.and very poor and rude behaviour by receptionsit and guard.
