I had purchased an plan from HDFC Life Insurance Co through distance marketing but due to some unknown reasons said policy was booked under agent code and because of the same I was not able to cancel the policy under free look period. Now I am not able to cancel the policy as paid premium will not be refunded back. Stop fooling people, Pls do not buy any HDFC Life Insurance product... #NotoHDFCLIFE #HDFCLIFE #fraudawareness

I surrendered my policy and sent all docs via email as requested by the customer service guy but still did not get my money. The Service teams are just sending emails and not bothered to call me an tell if there is any shortfall in the docs. They just send auto emails!! but if you place a request for a new policy on their website you will get a call within 5 mins. DONT BUY HDFCLIFE THEY WIL MAKE YOU RUN FOR YOUR OWN MONEY !

I would have rated them minus if it is available option. Worst service. Very unprofessional people. I had been writing mail to them from 20th January till date still they have not resolved my problem. I had written many mails but no response. I had accelerated matter to grievances still no reply. I visited office three times but of no use. Very unprofessional people with lethargic attitude.

I had good service inside the office, from security guard to the attendant. But, PARKING is real headache. Though we had carried our two wheeler, no place was available inside the premise for CUSTOMER/ VISITOR’s parking. They direct you to park nearby where area is frequently visited by towing vehicle. This experience wasn’t pleasant either. You should offer parking to your customers, specially when the premise is such big.

Do not trust the relationship manager or the branch manager. They’ll tell you something else and take your sign on something else. My sign was taken on a form meant to auto debit the premium without me knowing. I was given the form as part of other policy papers. Premium of rs. 2lac getting debited from your bank without your knowledge is Not a joke.

On visiting said branch I spent nearly 4 hours for surrendering matured policies 14623875 & 14624599. Maturity date for both was 23.09.22 They took signatures on forms given to me by them. Now sending sms & mails reminding some formalities still to to completed. I am a sr. Citizen now. How can they ask me again to complete formality by resigning. Further telling if this is not done, then reissuing pension policy will be impacted. This is not fair as spending personally 4 hours in branch & now telling something I need to sign again to complete the process. It's unprofessional
