★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst place to order your medicines from. Ordered an inhaler for an asthmatic patient. First the meds didn't get delivered for an hour and after calling them I get to hear that 'AGAR ITNI EMERGENCY HAI TO KUDH AA KE LELE PATIENT.' That's what you get from chemists during a time of covid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sold a sub-standard dog item which gave away in 20 mins of usage. Owner blatantly refused to investigate saying “You are the first customer who’s having this issue !” Instead of taking it up product quality issue with his supplier. Most definitely sold an old stock and was okay to lose customer rather his margin ! Pls avoid this shop esp dog items.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was suffering from a bad asthma attack which leaves me unable to leave the house and ordered my prescription from here telling them that it was needed as an emergency - nearly 2 hours after ordering the inhaler, nebulizer and steroids were delivered after several phone calls with no apology for the delay - instead the staff was rude on the phone with my friend who was concerned. I used to order very frequently and when I was healthy almost always stopped in here but won't be ordering from here ever again. They just lost a customer of more than 5 years. And then tried to pressure us to take down the review and trying to imply that bills were unpaid and delayed. Thankfully all bills were paid via paytm so payment records were there. Thank you for proving my review in your own words.
