★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Happened to visit this one of my most favorite leather brand store on T1 delhi airport, I liked a brown leather jacked in the display but the size seemed to be small so on inquiring, the manager checked the stock and confirmed that they had a bigger size... I payed for the same and asked the Store manager Hiteshwar to pack it, in good faith(we usually do at such reputed brand stores) I left the store with the bag... just few mins before boarding the flight out of curiosity I opend the bag just to find a black one instead brown... I ran back to the counter and he smilingly replied they had packed the black one as in brown the size wasn't available... I argued that he had already checked the stock and he audaciously replied... sir woh T3 par hai yaha nahi... not at all getting furious as I so much wanted the jacket and had always been a great fan of this brand, requested him to get it if he can for which he promised if I could wait for 30mins, I agreed upon as meanwhile my flight had already got delayed by 45mins... On again visiting the counter the night duty manager said Hiteshwar had already left and was not taking their calls too...
