Mr Karthik who was working in home medix as a service technician. He helped me during the lockdown by providing me the best technical support. I will always be thankful for home medix and for the service support manager Mr Nanda Kumar. For helping me out through the lockdown.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a Home Medix nebulizer which stopped working after 4+ years of usage.
Called the customer care number printed on the device and it was answered very well.
The person also shared me the google location and when I took it there the technicians were very good and handled the problem very smoothly.
Mr. Nandakumar service manager was very competent and I was very much happy with the overall service.
