★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oyo cheated me saying it's a premium property! I would rather give negative stars. Shady and stinking rooms (smelling of pee and cigarette) . No pvt parking space! Not safe for women! I got negligible refund on cancelling the booking . I would rather file a case against Oyo for misleading a woman consumer into such unsafe places. And OYO has the worst service provider , Ill mannered call center and text bot staff . I tried lodging a complaint but no respite ! Text bot staff hung up on me 16times . Forget about reviewing the condition of these hotels , the OYO staff doesn't even have a feedback cell I guess! It's a matter of serious concern ! Oyo staff must be misleading 1000s into booking such unsafe hotels and either forcing them to stay there or not refunding a Penny on cancellation . I am writing this with utter disgust and I wonder if these reviews have any importance at all !
