★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Footwear are satisfactory and collection too but the staff here is not at all Co-operative, they don't listen to customers requirements much, gossiping among themselves mostly, not helping customers to find the proper size, reluctant to bring shoes from godown. Today the extreme happened, I liked one shoe, store is also open, staff are gossiping as usual when I asked for the shoe, they said the system is closed All other stores were open and I bought the shoe from Bata 20 mins later to that. The store then finally closed after half an hour when their session ended maybe. This is not a proper way to run a store in a busy South City Mall.

Sales staff at the South City Mall, Kolkata, need to be more customer friendly. They should realize that everyone visiting their place may not be in the Mall for killing time. Some shoppers may be in a hurry and so they need to be more attentive and swift.
Looking smart in good outfits doesn't necessarily make one a good sales person.
