My account has got freeze due to KYC issue. i personally went and submitted the manual documents , last 10 days before. still there is no action has been taken. because of the ICICI i become a beggar, even though am having a money in bank.
very worst ... very very poor response..... ... worst customer care service... DGM or a manager......

Shamelessly staff tells that they will give me good service only if I buy term insurance plan from them. Such a cheap marketing in ICICI bank khopoli branch. Very poor work ethics. Such a mean staff. Branch manager is polite.
