★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very small room. People are not very cooperative. I went there for some small reason. To buy a LPG connection pipe. I waited by standing almost for 10 minutes, as the person was busy on phone, talking some one about some of his personal matter. Most important is they do not accept digital mode of payment, only cash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tooo gas connection from there. Everything happened smoothly, however they were insisting to take gas burner from them. We had our own gas burner. We had to submit seperate application along with ISO certification to use our own gas burner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ How could indane delivery boy charges extra money each and every time . What is Indane doing watching all these dramas and enjoying. Better stop these nonsense and take the the exact amount written in the bill. Otherwise from next time I will definitely complain against the delivery boy in the website.
When I asked about why he is charging extra he started arguing with me. Stop these nonsense.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the delivery boys are extorsionist. They take extra money while delivering the gas from every consumer and don't even spare the poorest of the households. If someone refuse to pay the "Tola" they simply start harassing them. They simply stop delivering and the orders get canceled. Possibly we need a consumer forum to press the concerned departments and take them to the court of law if needed.
It is urgent that all customers under this agency make a joint move and get additional agencies given for this area.
