★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst behavior of the manager I have ever faced. The manager alongwith the other staffs misbehave & misguide to all other customers. They forced to buy other components like gas oven, gas lighter, cylinder trolley etc. etc. & inform to customers that the components are mandatory to buy from them for new connection of Indane gas. Very bad experience.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jiban Jyoti is the worst service provider I have ever seen. They do the billing without asking the consumers and that too they charge heavily for the components like cylinder trolley, gas lighter, gas ring for utensils etc. The behaviour of the staff is very bad and they do not keep their commitment on time. I had booked the cylinder one week before but the delivery man did not install my oven and is giving all sorts of excuses for not coming to my address. So I absolutely dont recommend this distributor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went today regarding regulator replacement. Staff treated the situation as indifferent. Behavior was crude. Don't make these people in charge of ''customer service" , when they don't care about resolving problems.
They are not sitting there to resolve customers problems with politness and efficiency.
Disgusting experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can go for new connection or shifting connection to new location from Monday to Saturday 9-1pm and 2-5pm.
Requirements for new connection :-
1. 4 passport size photo
2. Identity card ( Addhar Card etc.)
3. Address proof
Only.
It's a 2hr work.
For single connection :- Rs5200
For double connection :-Rs6800
Cylinder will be delivered next day. You have to pay the existing cylinder's cost at the time of delivery of Cylinder.
