★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The engine is not rated for the alternator capacity. Even though the alternator is rated for 10 KVA, but the engine cannot drive to generate on load power of 10 KVA. Poor design, Poor integration and poor engine quality.
Based on Indochoice technologies owners instruction the generator purchased on Jun 20 was send back to the factory in Nov 20 at my own expense as it got repaired. He agreed to replace the generator with new one, however after the generator reached his premises he is asking to pay Rs 25,000 extra for replacement.
What ever reply Indochoice gives doesn't stand by it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraud company, I ordered the Genarator and paid advance an Advance of Rs.10,000/- on 06/12/19 via ICICI Bank UTR reference no. 934012648105.Invoice No.189 dtd., 15/12/19.
The quality of Genarator was so poor tat we didn't picked from the Bidadi parcel office.
Request everyone not to buy any product from this fraud company, and they didn't returned our advance back as on today 22/05/2020..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst products. I bought a 10KVA generator and within a month the engine got repaired. This guy doesn't provide any repair support.
Humble request to all not to buy any of his products. If you buy you are sure to get struck. He doesn't provide bill for the full payment that we make. He will ask you not to pay the amount in single account.
Sooraj Yadav is the name of the person who claims to be whole sole irresponsible person.
Anyone can contact me if they want to know further about this fraud business that this guy is doing.
Note:
I had purchased from you on 15 Jun 20. It got repaired and with great difficulty I have backloaded the generator to Mithal Diesel, Agra on 03 Dec 20 with my own expense of Rs 4000 as Sooraj Yadav agreed for replacement with a new one. However, now he is denying for replacement without paying Rs 23,000 extra.
As you say you will replace it with new generator kindly replace without any extra payment from my side soon.
I don't intend to use any bad words. But the pain that u are giving to get the generator replaced and the finance involved makes me to be.
Waiting for you to replace soon.
