★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service, clean environment (but unclean bathrooms in general ward)and decent staff, but if you are coming for delivery case then chances for cesarean delivery are approx 80%.one of the expensive hospital in Ujjain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mice run at the nursing station counter unfortunately i was unable to catch that movement in camera. Lavatory in private room was also not clean. In the private room Doors and windows are not packed due to that sounds like a general ward. Staff is unable to provide a detailed GST bill.
medical authorities must visit this hospital and take decision on this hospital. anyway good thing is that nursing staff was little bit cooperative, hospital located at centre of city. Hospital administration must improve their services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best Hospital I had visited so far. I had been to almost every big Hospital in India like Jaslok, Kokilaben - Mumbai, Max - Saket, Delhi & Fortis -Gurgaon etc but this hospital has something special which these big Hospital doesn't have.
Although they don't have big infrastructure and facilities like them but it's not infrastructure which makes a Hospital better.It's hospital staff and management dedication which makes a Hospital better. Whatever they have they do it with there Heart and never hide anything from there patient
Very supportive, polite & dedicated staff, Economical with no unnecessary expenses & test, Prompt treatment and smooth discharge process.
Thanks for giving me prompt treatment and saving my life.
