Graduated to a real mattress, now my sleep is real too

I had buy two Philips iron on same time and both irons has issue, one iron is damaged from cap but they are not ready to accept. they said this is the manufacturer defect but i don't know how it could be. I said take some extra money and please replace it with higher model but he will not ready and give me additional advice please call on philips customer care. I don't know why people are purchased product from this shop.
