★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a neighborhood park with interesting natural terrain and a small water body. It has a few Excercise props that is installed by city Municipal department. And a walk of about 0.4km, often occupied by loud talking folks walking on the wrong side or wrong direction.
Parking outside the park is a bit unruly and gardens are not maintained in the best way. Nevertheless, it's better to have a park than none :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good park for a regular walk and jog. Dedicated kids play area. But playing instrument not maintained well and broken. Giving 3 as park could have mainaintained well. You can spend time in walking and talking..:)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One and only park around jayamahal.. Big, green and cleanest.. Thanks to one who maintains it and people who use it... But over crowed kids play area. Expecting water body to fill.. Its dry from many years. Over all good place for kids, walkers, joggers and elders... ???♂️?♂️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a nice place to roam around. Evening walk or be the morning walk, this place is best suited for the neighborhood people. It's full of Greenery. Gym is also built-in where people can do exercise. So it's a wholesome package for the fitness in the neighborhood.

CIJMA - Citizens Initiative for Jayamahal, a RWA active since 1994 is involved in its upkeep and preservation as a heaven for many birds and especially water birds. It was just a quarry pit. Mr KSN Murthy, IAS (Retd) was instrumental in developing this park. CIJMA has been involved in cleaning the pond and strives in keeping it eco friendly and nature friendly. Many species of birds are to be found along with turtles, fish and plenty of water snakes.

Popular spot for morning walkers, this place is frequented by local residents.
What could improve is garbage management and cleanliness.
