★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This medical store is a fraud. I bought adult diapers for my in-law and after I opened the packet, found that the product was not as it should we. We regularly buy the same product so we know how it’s supposed to be.
However when we went to return it to the chemist he said that since it’s opened he cannot take it back. This is shocking - since as per consumer law, of a product is seen as not upto the market by a customer it has to be taken back by the shopkeeper. Infact several shopkeepers take products back and replace it / give money back - and send the product back to the company.
Jeevan Jyoti Chemists never takes back a product found to be bad if it’s opened (the truth is you cannot find out if it’s bad unless you open it).
Bad experience. Black list this shop.
