Singapore and malaysia ( 8 days) .
It was so pathetically arranged and in one occassion we almost died ( brake fail of the vehicle which was arranged for us) .
Everyday , lot of follow up was required during the trip .
There was no one to respond our telephone calls most of the time . All the follow up with local agency had to be done by us only at our expenses .
At the end , after returning when my friend wrote a mail informing them about the whole experience , very taunting reply was sent by one Mr Sumit maini -Asst manager who was the incharge of our trip . Such an unprofessional appraoch . Very pathetic and I personally regret that it was me who finalized this company for availing the services .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly unprofessional firm. Had to cancel my holiday as they are not aware about the current affairs of the embassy. I was short on time and had to get 2 visas. I was poorly advised by them to apply for the more difficult visa first as they were confident that they can get me the other visa in-spite of lack of time. Unfortunately, i trusted their experience and ultimately ended up going nowhere.
I had to withdraw my passport from an embassy also in this process, which i went and did on my own with the help of the people at the VFS with absolutely no support from thus useless agency.
