★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well basically these people are supposed to treat customers nicely . They are supposed to tell about the offers and help us out in the process . They tell it's our mistake to not know the procedures. They raise their voice and make sure we keep coming to them every now and then. These people didn't even know about the s8 offer. If at all you plan on going here, make sure to contact Mr.Nagesh . He is the only reliable sales person we can rely on .

He didn’t know how to convert physical sim to e-sim and unnecessarily asked for physical copy of the documents which was already collected to activate the sim.
esim conversion can be done easily via SMS and didn’t require any documents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had visited the store to get ported numbers to e-sim for two of my family members and I was really glad to find one amiable and humble representative in this store who could port in number to e-sim as others Jio digital stores had turned me down easily in the first instance which made it extremely difficult to look around as I was on a short visit to Bangalore.
For my mother’s cell phone, I had to port in the same prepaid number Vi to Jio e-sim, it was a lengthy process demanded by the system but what stunned me the most is the resident reference of the same state and different network as well. Glad, I had a blood relative who was residing in this state and to have a different network at the same time. It worked and highly appreciated him for the same, fortuitous and successfully done, indeed! It took more than 72 hrs to activate e-sim as the system notifies the user automatically about the entire process through your registered e-mail and mobile number. I only paid for a prepaid plan and included charges along with it.
The next day, for my younger brother, It took a sweet ordeal to get the work done from Jio prepaid physical sim to e-sim.
The most unbelievable thing occurred where integrated transactional devices handed to the jio representative were seemingly looking outdated and randomly shutting down in front of all of us during the middle of the process. Not once, but twice, they had to redo everything all the time which infuriated them as a result of it.
Nevertheless, I and my brother were being patient and on the third attempt, it worked like a charm and was successfully done by the same representative who did it for my mother at no charge.
Lastly, I finally learnt to keep patience and have physical documents ready to process a bit faster in my sim card experience.
I appreciated this humble representative whose name I completely forgot to ask in the end as it was a rare knowledgeable person to scour for and worth all the stars from me.
